How it works

Four steps to launch

  1. 01

    Define the partner offer

We map your target customers, commercial model, support expectations, and whether you want to resell, co-sell, or white-label specific surfaces.

  2. 02

    Configure accounts and catalogue

Set customer account structures, plan types, reporting needs, approval flows, pricing logic, and any branded touchpoints.

  3. 03

    Connect your network if needed

If you have your own MNO, carrier, or wholesale agreements, the wholesale layer lets us route compatible plans through your network.

  4. 04

    Launch, manage, and expand

Onboard first customers, monitor usage, review reports, handle support, and add markets or network routes as the partnership grows.

eSIM Copilot for operators

Your network can sit underneath eSIM Copilot

If you have a mobile network, MNO contract, or wholesale relationship, we can connect it into the wholesale layer and make it available through the same customer accounts, catalogue, management console, and API.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this the same as embedding connectivity into an app?

No. The reseller partner route is for companies that want to bring eSIM Copilot to their own customers, with partner-led commercials, customer onboarding, and account management.

Can we use our own mobile network?

Yes. If you have MNO, carrier, or wholesale relationships, we can connect them through the wholesale layer. You can also use eSIM Copilot connectivity, or blend both by country and customer.

Who owns the customer relationship?

The partner owns the customer relationship. eSIM Copilot provides the managed platform layer, operational tooling, and connectivity infrastructure according to the partner model we agree.

Can we start without our own network?

Yes. Many partners start on eSIM Copilot connectivity, prove demand, then add their own network routes later where they have stronger rates or strategic coverage.
