Enterprise controls

The controls your teams will ask for.

Identity, policy, hierarchy, audit and automation. The capabilities that make connectivity something an enterprise can actually run.

Enterprise sign-in.

Sign in with Microsoft, Google or Apple, or single sign-on through SAML or Microsoft Entra ID; enterprise authentication on web and mobile.

Roles and permissions.

Role-based access for global, regional, and department admins, scoped to the part of the estate they run.

Approval workflows.

Requests above threshold route to approvers in Teams, Slack, or the portal. Policy is enforced, not circulated.

Spending policy.

Per-person and per-department limits, restricted plan catalogues by group, and real-time usage alerts.

Organisation hierarchy.

Parent and child accounts for entities and business units, with departments and cost centres for reporting.

Consolidated reporting & billing.

Usage and cost by person, device, country and entity: one monthly invoice instead of per-country carrier bills.

Audit and governance.

Audit logs on administrative actions, a public DPA, and independent penetration testing.

APIs, webhooks & MCP.

Automate assignment and reporting from HR, ITSM and device systems; connect AI agents over MCP.

Fit

Where eSIM Copilot fits.

A clear view of the deployments the platform is built for, and the ones it is not.

Best suited for

  • Multinational workforces and distributed teams
  • Airlines: crew, EFB devices, and ground operations
  • NGOs and field programmes
  • Professional services with high travel volumes
  • Organisations consolidating multiple carrier relationships
  • Carriers and partners white-labelling the platform

Not designed for

  • A single eSIM for a single holiday: the travel store handles that better
  • Fixed-line or office broadband: eSIM Copilot is mobile connectivity
  • Massive-scale IoT sensor fleets: talk to us first; people and devices in the field are the sweet spot

A team of 1–500 that wants to start today? eSIM for business is self-serve. Travelling for leisure? eSIM for travel is the right door.

Built on Mindszi infrastructure on AWS. Enterprise sign-in, role-based access, audit logs, encryption in transit and at rest, independent penetration testing, a Microsoft-approved Teams app, and a public DPA, with a SOC 2 audit on the roadmap. Full detail on the procurement page.

Security & compliance

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

More detail (company, commercial, security, delivery) lives on the procurement page, or ask directly: sales@esimcopilot.com.

Is eSIM Copilot an enterprise connectivity provider?

Yes. eSIM Copilot supplies mobile connectivity, through integrations with multiple carriers and connectivity platforms, and manages it: distribution, policy controls, support, reporting and consolidated billing across 200+ countries.

Does eSIM Copilot supply the connectivity itself?

Connectivity is supplied through our integrations with established carriers, aggregators and network platforms, including Telna, eSIM Go, BICS, Three Group Solutions and others, orchestrated behind one catalogue. We are the supplier and single point of accountability; we do not claim to own the radio networks.

Which networks does eSIM Copilot use?

Plans draw on 600+ mobile networks across 200+ countries via multiple supply integrations, so each country is served by a network that works there and no single supplier is a point of failure.

Can we integrate an existing carrier contract?

Yes, where the carrier or connectivity supplier offers an API we can integrate with. Bring-your-own-carrier connects existing MNO contracts, wholesale agreements or regional suppliers into the same catalogue, policy and reporting layer as eSIM Copilot-supplied connectivity.

Can eSIM Copilot connect corporate devices as well as people?

Yes. EFB tablets, eSIM WiFi routers and other corporate devices are provisioned in bulk and managed per device — each with its own plan, budget and usage history — alongside employee lines in the same estate.

Can we embed connectivity in our own product?

Yes. The REST API, webhooks and MCP server let you provision and manage eSIMs from your own systems, and branded storefronts or the full white-label platform put the whole experience under your brand.

Does eSIM Copilot respond to RFPs and RFIs?

Yes. Company, commercial, security and service-delivery information is published on the procurement page, and RFP or RFI packs can be sent to sales@esimcopilot.com.

Does eSIM Copilot support SSO?

Yes. Sign in with Microsoft, Google or Apple, or single sign-on through SAML or Microsoft Entra ID, plus role-based access control and audit logs.

Can billing be consolidated?

Yes. One monthly invoice covers the whole estate, in GBP, EUR or USD, with volume discounts on connectivity and usage broken down by person, department, country and entity.

How quickly can eSIM Copilot be deployed?

The platform is free to start and pilots typically begin within days. Connectivity is provisioned remotely, so there is no SIM logistics lead time. Full rollouts depend on scope, entities and integrations.

Is human support available?

Yes, 24x7x365 support combining AI assistance with human escalation, reachable from the channels staff already use.
