EULA for eSIM Copilot

This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you, the individual (“User”), and Mindszi Technologies Ltd, 15524190, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, (“Mindszi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the eSIM Copilot platform made available to you by your employer or affiliated organisation (“Organisation”).

By accessing or using eSIM Copilot, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Scope

  • 1.1. You are authorised to use eSIM Copilot only as an employee, contractor, or affiliate of an Organisation with an active account.
  • 1.2. Your access and usage are governed both by this EULA and your Organisation’s contract with Mindszi.

2. Licence and Restrictions

  • 2.1. Mindszi grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to access and use eSIM Copilot solely for internal business use.
  • 2.2. You must not:

    • Share your login credentials

    • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the service

    • Use the service to engage in fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity

    • Use the service in any way that violates your Organisation’s acceptable use policies

3. Data and Privacy

  • 3.1. Mindszi processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and your Organisation’s instructions.
  • 3.2. Where applicable, Mindszi acts as a data processor, and your Organisation is the data controller under relevant data protection laws.
  • 3.3. For platform-level services (e.g. login, security monitoring), Mindszi may act as a data controller.

4. Service Availability and Support

  • 4.1. eSIM Copilot is provided on an “as is” basis. Mindszi makes reasonable efforts to ensure availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • 4.2. Support requests must be directed through your Organisation’s designated administrator or support contact, or you can contact us at anytime at help@esimcopilot.com.

5. Intellectual Property

  • 5.1. All intellectual property rights in the software, platform, and associated content belong to Mindszi or its licensors.
  • 5.2. You must not copy, adapt, or distribute any part of eSIM Copilot without written permission.

6. Termination

  • 6.1. Your access to eSIM Copilot may be suspended or terminated by your Organisation or Mindszi if you breach this EULA or upon the termination of your Organisation’s agreement with Mindszi.
  • 6.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of eSIM Copilot, and any provisioned services may be deactivated.
  • 6.3. You can create a pesonal eSIM Copilot Account at anytime, via the Sign Up flow on www.esimcopilot.com.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • 7.1. Mindszi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • 7.2. Mindszi is not liable for any loss of data, service interruption, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to the EULA

  • 8.1. We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify your Organisation, and continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

  • 9.1. This EULA shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
